As with most teams and families, there’s something we all share at RedShift. In our case, it’s coming from agencies or businesses where we thought, “There’s gotta be a better way.” At RedShift, we’ve come together to form that “better way.” Each of the differentiating factors you see about RedShift — being data-driven, customer-centric, transparent, ego-free and dedicated to results — these are qualities we didn’t find at previous homes, but that we’ve established and follow at RedShift.
Another thing we all have in common at RedShift Digital Marketing is that we’re all different. We’re a proudly odd melange of different styles, different outlooks, different voices, different approaches — and being that different makes a big difference in who we are and the unique and varied ways we can serve our clients. We’ve been told, “You’re kind of an unusual mix, but wow does it work.”
Jeff Lizik is the President and CEO of RedShift Digital Marketing. A digital and creative powerhouse, serial entrepreneur and agency owner, Jeff has been marketing and hustling since the early 1990’s. After a few stints in corporate America and starting a few multi-million dollar businesses (and a few failures), Jeff acquired Z Brand Group in 2017 and grew it into an edgy and unique creative powerhouse — what we know as RedShift Digital Marketing today. Jeff is constantly keeping up-to-date with every nuance and new concept in the digital marketing space, but when he’s not, you can find him hanging out with his wife, their many cats and dogs and buying more ball caps and sneakers to add to his collection.
Abby Mundell is our Vice President at RedShift. Her 20+ years of widespread marketing and leadership experience began with a Philadelphia ad agency and have navigated through banking, healthcare, advancement and association management. Abby’s role with RedShift is multi-faceted, ranging from operations to agency strategy, human resources to goal setting, and all the fun stuff that goes with it. Her career has taken her across the country, from the East Coast to the islands of Hawaii, and a few stops in between for good measure. When not sequestered in her office surrounded by a multitude of dogs and cats, she can usually be found binging on old episodes of “Law & Order SVU” while deciding what walls to rip down next in her house.
Megan Dombek is our Digital Marketing Manager. With a decade of agency experience in Chicago and Pittsburgh, she is an agency lifer who started in Account Management before finally giving into her love for data. She has seen and worked on it all but has a soft spot for taking a deeper look at her client’s strategy and bringing it to life in the digital space. When she is not digging through data for her clients, you can find Megan chasing after her kids, hiking through the woods with her rescue pittie or trying to perfect her chocolate chip cookie recipe (always add more salt).
Gary Kramer is our Digital Marketing Specialist. Gary is a driven and experienced Digital Marketer with a passion for people and building value for the products and services they provide. He enjoys spending his days straddling the usual depths of data with finding creative strategies and opportunities for growth for our clients. He has 4 years of experience successfully managing clients and digital campaigns in the Hospitality, Home Services, Legal, Health Care, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail and Non-Profit industries. Outside of RedShift, he can be found writing scores that can be heard on Netflix, Nat Geo, TLC, & the Discovery Channel, shooting landscape/architectural photography, and riding the Duquesne Incline with his wife and daughter.
Rachel LaMarco is our Director of Client Services and has been with RedShift for over two years. Rachel manages a majority of RedShift’s client base and plays an integral role in shaping their marketing strategy. With an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a number of years working in the Pittsburgh startup scene, she brings both academic and real-world experience to the table to drive client success. When she isn’t failing miserably at home DIY projects, you can find her enjoying the company of her unofficial emotional support dog Claudette (usually sharing a cheese plate).
Shannon Clarke is our Senior Account Manager. With a Master’s degree and over a decade of marketing experience, she’s done everything including strategic development, rebranding and content creation. Her clients have been across a wide variety of industries and within the for-profit, non-profit and start-up space. When she’s not working she can be found coaching bootcamp classes, socializing around town, hanging with her pups or jet setting on her next adventure.
Lauren Fiore is our Account Manager. Lauren is strategic, yet curious, and understands her clients and their businesses very well, addressing obstacles by proposing unique and innovative solutions. She has experience managing both traditional and digital campaigns for clients in the Non-Profit, Banking, Home Improvement, Restaurant and Healthcare industries. Outside of work, Lauren can be found wandering the aisles of Sherwin Williams in search for the perfect shade of white (it’s Alabaster), being walked by her dog in Frick Park, or on the search for the next best restaurant.
Emma Herzig is our Junior Account Manager who was our previous intern! She is a recent graduate of Ohio University where she studied Marketing and Business Analytics. During her time there, she was involved in many organizations pertaining to fashion and all things multimedia. She also worked alongside Ohio University’s social media team as an intern to help improve their social media presence using analytics. Outside of work, you can find her reading up on the latest fashion trends, looking for her next place to travel, working out, or dining out somewhere delicious!
Bud Adams is our Director of Creative Services. With more than 20 years in the design world working in a wide variety of industries, Bud brings a wealth of experience as a creative expert, from visual design and printing to web development and video production. At RedShift, Bud oversees the creative and development team and helps drive the RedShift Digital Marketing mission through its own internal brand pull-through. Prior to RedShift, Bud co-founded a brand design firm in Arizona and has a passion for growing businesses through creative opportunities. He still lives in Arizona, but travels the world regularly — next stop, Portugal.
Bradley Hrutkay is our Creative Production Manager. He is in charge of developing and executing creative assets and campaigns that help connect brands with their customers through traditional and digital media. Prior to working with RedShift, Bradley spent time honing his design and branding skills at the 84 Lumber corporate office, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, A to Z Communications and Z Brand Group. Bradley has a quiet demeanor, but it is balanced by a loud sense of style emphasized by a plethora of constantly rotating sneakers. He enjoys being a dad, tattoos, photography and riding and tinkering with motorcycles.
Noelle Snebold is our Graphic Designer. She works on visually communicating ideas through digital and print to help clients elevate their brand. Before working at RedShift, Noelle spent time growing her skills at Sierra Experts, Robert Morris University Athletic Department and with the Pittsburgh Penguins. When not designing, you can find her rooting for her favorite sports teams. She’s also a total Disney nerd, so don’t be surprised to find her walking down Main Street USA at least once a year.
Curt Brooks is our Vice President of Business Development. His primary responsibility is building relationships and bringing in new business. Before coming onboard, Curt was President of Mirage MarCom and helped countless clients achieve brand success. With over 30 years of experience in the marketing and video production space, his favorite part of the job is helping clients determine the best way to market and tell their stories. In his own time, Curt loves fly fishing in fresh and saltwater, participating in sporting clays and bird hunting.
Maria Mack is our Partnership Development Manager. She works closely with the local community to develop partnerships while also working in sales to generate new business relationships. Before RedShift, she worked in New York City for various digital and print publications, creating brand experiences and new initiatives for clients. Maria is 98% an extrovert who loves making connections and coming up with new ideas to grow relationships. Outside of work, you can find her doing something fitness-y, tie dying baby onesies and ordering a turtle ice cream sundae in her New Yawk accent.
