Meet Jeff Lizik, our founder and CEO.
Jeff’s been hustling since the 90s, launching businesses, scaling brands, and dodging every curveball the digital world can throw.
After starting and selling multiple businesses (some of them built on sheer grit and Google), Jeff took his knowledge and acquired Z Brand Group in 2017. From there, he transformed it into RedShift Digital Marketing, a creative growth agency built to help brands win online.
He’s not just a strategist. He’s a doer, someone who still reads up on the latest SEO core update after dinner, then updates a client site before bed.
Today, Jeff leads a team of marketers, SEO experts, developers, and designers who all share one goal: help our clients grow fast, smart, and profitably.
And yes, he still collects sneakers and buys more ballcaps than anyone else in the office.

What started as a creative side project became a full-fledged Shopify storefront with real customers, complex logistics, marketing automations, and a growing community of believers.
We did the research. Built the theme. Handled customer support. Fixed checkout issues. Optimized the PDPs. Configured schema. Improved speed. Built Klaviyo flows. Learned the hard way.
