  1. RedShift will be “closing” at the end of December to work on internal projects and refine our processes and procedures so that we may best serve our partners!

  2. New projects or requests during this time will not be accepted. If you know of a project or request that may arise within in that timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible.

  3. No client meetings will be held during this time. If you need to meet in order to discuss ongoing or upcoming projects, let us know early.

  4. In the event of an emergency, such as website going down or glaring issues on something scheduled to deploy, please do not hesitate to reach out at any time during this timeframe.

  5. With our client partners in mind, we want to ensure you receive ample notice of this temporary adjustment to our current operating procedures.
